Day 1- Arrival: The Garden City Hotel – Welcome Reception at the Hotel.
Check in on June 13th is 3 pm. Welcome Reception 6 PM in the Hotel
Day 2 – Golf: The Seawane Club
• Breakfast at the Garden City Hotel
• Transportation to The Seawane Club
• Practice Range
• Round of Golf
• Lunch at The Seawane Club
• After golf drinks & refreshments at The Seawane Club
• Free night for on-your-own dinner. Recommendations provided.
Day 3 – Golf: Play the Black.
• Breakfast at The Garden City Hotel
• Transportation to Bethpage State Park Golf Course
• Driving Range
• Round of Golf & On-Course Lunch
• Post-Round Cocktail Reception, Dinner & Celebrations at the Heritage Club at Bethpage.
Please Note: The Black Course is extremely difficult and only for highly skilled golfers.
Day 4 – Departure
• Breakfast at The Garden City Hotel
• Departure is on Thursday, June 16. Checkout is at 11 AM from The Garden City Hotel.
• Transport to New York area airports available. See below for extended stay options & additions.

Rate is $4,565 per player; $500 Deposit is due at registration. Final payment is due March 15, 2023.

Regarding Weather Related Incidents:
• Inclement weather is always a possibility, but play will commence as scheduled unless cancelled by the respective course due to dangerous course conditions or participant safety
• M&S recognizes the disappointment a weather-related incident can cause and will work hard to assure other related golf activities are available in the event of a weather-related incident
• Should any course be closed M&S will add other golf related activities
• To the extent possible, refunds resulting from course closures will be made within 30 days of the end of the Experience.
